BolAero Exterior Services was built around a single observation: commercial property managers in the DFW Metroplex were spending too much money on access equipment just to clean the exterior of their buildings. Lifts, scaffolding, and ladders add cost, add liability, and disrupt tenants — for work that takes a fraction of the time when done right.
We built BolAero to solve that problem specifically for commercial clients. Every piece of our operation — the drone fleet, the FAA Part 107 certification, the $3M commercial liability coverage, the cleaning chemistry, the Proof-of-Clean reporting system — is configured for multi-story commercial buildings. We serve office towers, apartment complexes, hotels, hospitals, churches, schools, retail centers, and industrial facilities across Dallas–Fort Worth and statewide Texas for qualifying projects.
We do not service residential properties. That is not an oversight — it is a deliberate focus. Commercial buildings have different surface chemistry, different access challenges, different documentation requirements, and different stakeholders. Doing one thing well for one market is how BolAero built the reputation it has.

Two Brothers. A Lifetime of Experience. One Better Way to Clean.
At the heart of BolAero are two brothers, Patrick and Christopher — Dallas natives, aviation enthusiasts, and lifelong hands-on problem solvers who turned their passion for innovation into a smarter, safer way to clean commercial buildings.
Patrick
Founder & OwnerPatrick earned his private pilot’s license in 2011 and his instrument rating in 2013. His professional background is rooted in janitorial services and natural stone restoration — giving him a deep understanding of cleaning systems, materials, and surface chemistry. Combined with a lifetime of hands-on power washing experience, Patrick brings a level of precision to every project that goes well beyond pointing a nozzle at a building.
Patrick obtained his FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification as soon as it became available in 2016. When he saw what drone-powered exterior cleaning could do for commercial properties, the decision was simple.

Christopher
Co-FounderChristopher earned his private pilot’s license in 2017 and his instrument rating in 2019. His background is in commercial real estate — the very market BolAero serves — giving him direct insight into what property owners and facility directors actually need: clean documentation, fast timelines, and vendors who understand procurement. Like Patrick, he has been pressure washing most of his life, giving him practical grounding that complements his business perspective.
Chris obtained his FAA Part 107 certification in 2019. Both brothers were flying drones long before certification existed — early adopters who recognized what the technology could do before the industry caught up.

Patrick and Chris are graduates of Jesuit Dallas, where integrity, honesty, and service to others were deeply instilled. Those values guide how they operate today — in how they document every job, how they handle vendor onboarding, and how they treat every client’s property.
Giving back has always been a priority. Since 2018, both brothers have volunteered with Challenge Air, providing unforgettable flying experiences for children with special needs. They are also licensed pyrotechnic operators and have produced the Lake Cypress Springs fireworks show — a family tradition Patrick has continued since their father’s passing in 2012. The event raises funds for the South Franklin County Volunteer Fire Department.
Today, Patrick and Chris bring that same combination of aviation expertise, technical skill, and genuine service ethic to every commercial cleaning project in DFW. They are not just cleaning buildings — they are redefining how it gets done.

Commercial-Grade Chemistry
We use cleaning agents rated for commercial exterior surfaces. Nothing that damages EIFS, composite panels, glass, or metal cladding.
Confirmed Completion
Before we leave your property, we do a visual inspection pass and provide photo documentation of the completed work. No ambiguity about what got done.

BolAero Exterior Services is a Dallas–Fort Worth commercial drone exterior cleaning company serving property managers, facility directors, and commercial building owners across the Metroplex. Because the name may look similar to other unrelated “Bolero” names, we want to be clear: BolAero Exterior Services refers only to this commercial exterior cleaning company. We are not affiliated with restaurants, apparel, music, vehicles, or any other business that happens to use a similar name.
